Verstappen towards the title: but how much will he and Red Bull collect?

Now it’s only a matter of time for Max Verstappen and Red Bull to crown themselves champions: but how much will they collect?

In this 2023 without competition, it’s just a matter of understanding when both Max Verstappen and Red Bull will become world champions, drivers and constructors. But how much will the winners of the world title collect?

In reality, the prizes are divided: the teams are awarded by Formula 1, while the drivers have internal agreements with their teams. As for the teams, the winner is awarded a prize equal to 14% of the total prize money, which in 2023 exceeds one billion dollars, therefore around 150 million euros.

For the drivers, however, being secret agreements, it is not possible to have exact figures: the Spanish newspaper Marca, however, writes of a salary bonus of 12 million euros for Max Verstappen, after winning the 2021 world championship.
