The young Italian Formula 3 driver had the chance to take part in the FIA World Endurance Championship Rookie Test, driving the Ferrari 296 LMGT3 #54 for Vista AF Corse.

The day proved extremely positive for Lacorte, who demonstrated consistency and competitive pace from the very first laps. “It was a very positive day. I showed good pace throughout the test. There are still some things to work on, but I’m happy with my overall performance,” he shared on social media after the session.
Lacorte also expressed gratitude to AF Corse, Ferrari, and Davide Rigon for their support and guidance. This experience marks an important step in his development, potentially opening doors to a future in endurance racing, and maybe even a stable role within Ferrari.
