An immediate change at Ferrari: Lewis Hamilton will no longer work with his race engineer
While the Italian morning of 16 January has been dominated by the new Red Bull and Racing Bulls liveries, the evening belongs to Ferrari. Just days before the team’s official presentation, a sensational change has emerged involving the Prancing Horse.
What had been confirmed before the start of the year has now been completely overturned: Lewis Hamilton is changing his race engineer, parting ways with the long-time Riccardo Adami.
Adami changes role, Hamilton waits
Riccardo Adami will move to the Ferrari Driver Academy and the TPC (Testing of Previous Cars) programme. As for Lewis Hamilton, Ferrari stated that “the race engineer for car number 44 will be announced in due course.”
