The second consecutive day of running at Fiorano delivered its first unexpected moment. After Ferrari’s smooth SF-26 shakedown on Tuesday, Wednesday was dedicated to Haas F1 Team and its official filming day on the historic Italian circuit.
Esteban Ocon and Oliver Bearman shared track time to complete the 200 kilometres allowed by the regulations, a crucial opportunity to gather initial data and check systems ahead of the winter tests. However, not everything went according to plan. During his run, Bearman was caught out by the tricky conditions and suffered a spin, ending up sideways on the asphalt.
