Marc Marquez WINS the MotoGP Sprint in Brazil! Second place for Fabio Di Giannantonio, with Jorge Martin back on the podium.
The first historic Sprint in Brazil goes to Marc Marquez: the #93 claims his first win of the 2026 season, beating Fabio Di Giannantonio by just two tenths. Jorge Martin finishes third, while Bezzecchi is only fourth.
Great performances as well from Ogura (5th) and Quartararo (6th), while Pecco Bagnaia finishes only 8th, between Alex Marquez and Pedro Acosta.

THE START – Diggia gets an excellent launch, but it’s Quartararo who surprises everyone by jumping into second ahead of Marquez. Bezzecchi is fourth, Bagnaia eighth, while Aldeguer drops back.

The race then settles in the middle stages, with the exception of Martin, who overtakes his teammate Bezzecchi. Zarco also crashes, after setting the fastest time in yesterday’s pre-qualifying.
The final laps ignite the crowd in Goiânia: Bagnaia and Acosta battle hard, but the real fight is at the front between Marc Marquez and Fabio Di Giannantonio.
With three laps to go, Marc launches his first attack on the Italian: the Spaniard dives in aggressively, but the VR46 rider sticks close behind. However, he can’t make a move stick – Marquez wins, with Diggia finishing just two tenths behind the #93.
