Penalty for Max Verstappen in Miami: The Dutch driver has been judged for another infringement during the Grand Prix. Here is the official statement from the FIA.
The outcome of the Miami Grand Prix remained under review for Red Bull Racing even after the race. Verstappen came under investigation by the FIA for a potential infringement and was summoned to provide his version of events in front of the stewards, including Vitantonio Liuzzi.
The incident under scrutiny occurred at 13:14, during a pit stop to switch to hard tyres before a Safety Car phase. While exiting the pit lane under FCY conditions, Verstappen was investigated for potentially crossing the white line at pit exit.
During the race, the video evidence available to the stewards was limited and did not allow for a clear and immediate decision on the potential infringement. For this reason, race control decided to investigate the incident after the Grand Prix, managing to retrieve and analyze new camera angles that provided a more precise view of the pit exit line and the action in question.

The FIA later released its official statement, judging Max Verstappen guilty of the infringement. After a thorough analysis of the new footage, including on-board cameras, and after hearing the explanations from both the driver and the Red Bull representative, the stewards determined that the outer edge of the front-left tyre of car number 3 had crossed beyond the continuous white line.
This maneuver constituted a violation of Appendix L, Chapter IV, Article 6 c) of the Sporting Code. Consequently, given the nature of the infringement, the FIA imposed a 5-second time penalty on Verstappen, which was added to his total race time. However, this penalty did not affect his final classification.
