The CEO of McLaren has responded firmly to the separation between Red Bull and their technical mentor, alluding to the earlier Horner case at the beginning of the year and its handling. The tension between Zak Brown and Christian Horner has been evident for some time. During the chaotic weekend of the Bahrain Grand Prix, the CEO of McLaren was one of the most vocal in calling for clarification from the Formula 1 governance regarding the Horner case. Yesterday in Miami, he didn’t miss the opportunity to launch a few barbs, responding to a question about the Red Bull-Newey split.
