Six world titles with the German team and countless records for the British driver, who will join Ferrari in 2025. The hype surrounding Hamilton’s switch to the Scuderia is growing, and in just a few months, the dream of many Ferrari fans (and others) will become a reality.

For his part, Lewis Hamilton is enthusiastically watching Ferrari’s progress, as the team sits second in the Constructors’ Championship and is in a full battle with McLaren. When asked about his future with the Scuderia, the English driver made the following statements: “I’m very interested in my future, of course, and I observe everything that happens. Have Ferrari’s recent performances encouraged me? Sure. If we look back at the start of the year, like in China, Red Bull was ahead by a second. And it’s been quite incredible to see McLaren improve, and then Ferrari in the recent races, seeing their progress and trying to keep an eye on all the cars to understand what’s changing and what they’re adding.”

Hamilton, who will soon be Charles Leclerc‘s teammate, went on to add: “We all watch the videos, all the drivers, we watch all the onboard footage and are always trying to see where we can gain time. And some cars react differently, better or worse in certain areas. And you try to figure out how you can find that in your balance or help the team develop the car in that direction.”
