The Alpine Academy driver, behind the wheel of the Nissan, leads the standings, ahead of Jamie Chadwick and Bianca Bustamante.

The four days of Formula E testing at the Jarama circuit come to the end with the Women’s Test Session, the first test organized by an FIA World Championship exclusively for women. The fastest of the afternoon was Abbi Pulling behind the wheel of the Nissan, clocking a time of 1:30.899.

The English driver, a member of the Alpine Academy, is experiencing an outstanding 2024, currently leading the F1 Academy championship with a 95-point advantage over Doriane Pin in second place, with four races remaining. This season, Abbi Pulling also achieved a historic victory in British Formula 4 at the Brands Hatch circuit, becoming the first female driver to win a race in the category.

Only 3 tenths from the English driver, we find compatriot Jamie Chadwick, driving the Jaguar TCS Racing, three times champion of the W Series, and currently engaged in Indy NXT, the propedeutic category at Indycar, ending the season in seventh place, with a victory at Road America.

The top 3 is completed by Bianca Bustamante, behind the wheel of the NEOM McLaren. The Filipino rider is part of the Academy of the team papaya, and concluded the session almost 8 tenths and a half from the leader Abbi Pulling. Immediately behind him we find Miki Koyama, who participated in the test with the Lola Yamaha.

Women's Test: Bianca Bustamante finished the session in third place, while her team-mate Ella Lloyd finished in seventh.

Seventeenth and last position for the Italian-Swiss Simona De Silvestro, who was the only one to have participated in an official season of Formula E, having run two races in the first edition and ten in the second with the Andretti team, with 4 points. Simona completed only 6 laps due to technical problems on her Kiro Race Co.

The only interruption of the three hours session was caused by a runway exit of Jessica Edgar’s DS Penske. Unfortunately, Lilou Wadoux was unable to attend the session due to problems with her Jaguar seat. A spokesman for the British team said that the French driver will have another opportunity to test the car.

Unfortunate session for Simona De Silvestro: the Italian-Swiss only completed 6 laps.
