Sebastian Vettel was interviewed during an event in Germany, and the German driver is not thinking about a return to F1.
It has been two years since Sebastian Vettel’s retirement from Formula 1. Four consecutive World Championships and a special place in the hearts of Ferrari fans for the German, who, unlike Fernando Alonso, does not seem to be interested in returning to the world of Formula 1.
In an interview during an event in Germany, the German driver shared his current and future plans, starting with a new interest. These are Seb‘s words: “Actually, I’m going to school; I’m doing an apprenticeship in agriculture, so I can manage my own business. I’m excited about the future of agriculture. But I don’t do this full-time; with three children, there’s enough to do anyway. But my life is much quieter than before. I don’t travel as much anymore.”
Agriculture and environmental sustainability, but not only that, as Vettel is also involved in politics, supporting the Green Party led by Robert Habeck: “I believe he has a very healthy view of the world. He’s trying to make Germany better and is really motivated to do so. As always, when you try to do everything well or improve, you don’t always succeed. I think that’s human. But I believe we should look to the future.”
Finally, but not least, his potential return to motorsport: “I won’t return to Formula 1, but Le Mans could be an option.”
