Ferrari, Vasseur: “Hamilton’s arrival is crucial for the team’s building and development.”

Frederic Vasseur has once again spoken highly of Hamilton in an interview with the official F1 website.

At Maranello, the excitement is palpable for Lewis Hamilton‘s debut in red. According to Ferrari‘s plans, the seven-time world champion is expected to take to the track on January 21 or 22 at Fiorano, driving a car from a few seasons ago.

Ferrari, Vasseur: “Hamilton’s arrival is crucial for the team’s building and development.”

The atmosphere is electric as rumors continue to circulate about Hamilton‘s arrival in Italy and his potential accommodation in Milan. The arrival of the British driver marks something not seen at Ferrari for a long time: a champion, but also a key piece in the puzzle to return to winning after many years.

This is the view of Frederic Vasseur, who, in an interview with the official F1 website, shared these words about Lewis: “Hamilton’s arrival will be a step forward in the building or development of the team. He will be part of this package. I know him very well for his determination and focus, and it will be a big step forward. Winning? Yes. It’s the next step. We’ve done P3, P2, we’re heading in this direction. We are making good progress on the team side, on the car side.”

The Ferrari team principal added: “Everything is going in this direction. I’m convinced it won’t be easy. McLaren is doing a great job. I’m sure Mercedes and Red Bull will push to come back, and it will be a great battle on track next year with at least four teams. It won’t be easy, but I think we are putting everything together to make it happen.”
