A photo of Ferrari drivers’ visors for January 22 has surfaced online, hinting at the race numbers for Hamilton and Leclerc!
The wait is almost over: tomorrow, Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc will arrive in Maranello. Excitement is at an all-time high at the Scuderia Ferrari headquarters, not only for the start of a new season but also for the arrival of the seven-time world champion (check out the program for his first days with Ferrari).
Even the smallest detail is enough to send millions of fans into a frenzy. While major updates are still under wraps, it’s known that the livery will be darker than in 2024 and that the project name is likely to be “Ferrari SF-25.”
The “Spoiler” on Race Numbers: Red and Yellow?
Michael Aumento of Bell Racing posted images on Instagram showing visors ready for use. The photo, which prominently features Hamilton’s name (already causing a stir), also reveals the race numbers: 44 and 16. These appear in a darker red, outlined with yellow.
Could this be the final design? Most likely, as the official livery launch is less than a month away. These numbers are expected to be the ones Hamilton and Leclerc will race with in the 2025 Formula 1 World Championship.
