Hamilton and Cullen, who worked together during six of the British driver’s seven world titles with Mercedes, parted ways after the opening race of the 2023 season. Despite their professional split, the two maintained a close personal bond, staying in frequent contact during their time apart.

Cullen will now join Project 44, Hamilton’s company, where she will focus on providing physical and mental support to the driver. Her return was confirmed after months of speculation, fueled by social media posts where Cullen appeared dressed in Ferrari red alongside Hamilton’s iconic number 44.

Hamilton in 2023: “An Unbreakable Bond”

Reflecting on their separation in 2023, Hamilton said: “Angela is an important part of my life. Even when we weren’t working together professionally, we kept in regular contact. She’s an extraordinary person, and I’m thrilled to have her by my side in this new adventure. We’ve shared incredible moments, and our bond is truly unbreakable.”

After leaving her role with Hamilton, Cullen worked with New Zealand IndyCar driver Marcus Armstrong. Now, she is set to return to Hamilton’s side, helping him adapt to Ferrari’s systems and methodologies. Her presence adds another crucial piece to the ecosystem being built around the former Mercedes driver, one that promises fireworks in the seasons ahead.
