A crash just a few laps into the test brought an early end to what has been an incredibly cursed pre-season for Aprilia: two out of four riders are OUT after just one day, including the new “Captain” Jorge Martin.
But it’s not just the reigning world champion—Raul Fernandez also suffered a brutal crash in T2, losing control of his Aprilia Trackhouse and completely wrecking it.

The Spanish rider sustained a fracture of the fifth metacarpal in his left hand and a small fracture in his foot, preventing the number 25 from continuing the tests.
