Following rumors from a few months ago, the collaboration between Max Verstappen’s team and Aston Martin for the upcoming GT World Challenge Europe season has now been officially confirmed.
Formula 1 is no longer enough for Max Verstappen. The Dutchman, after securing four world titles and on the eve of a new season in the premier class, has taken a decisive step in shaping his future in motorsport. With the official announcement of the partnership, Max Verstappen and Aston Martin will make their debut in the GT World Challenge Europe at Circuit Paul Ricard in April.
Speculation about the young legend exploring other racing categories had already been circulating, with confirmation expected around this time. Now, it’s official: the collaboration between the Red Bull driver’s racing team and Aston Martin will see the supply of a Vantage GT3 Evo.

Taking to the track will be Thierry Vermeulen, Chris Lulham, and Harry King, who will share the Aston Martin-run car under the management of 2 Sean Motorsport. They will compete in the five endurance rounds of the championship, including the prestigious 24 Hours of Spa. Verstappen, director of Verstappen.com Racing, has expressed his full support for young talents, emphasizing the goal of creating a true launch platform to help new drivers enter the world of racing.
Speaking about the GTWC Endurance drivers, Verstappen stated: “With Chris Lulham, now promoted from sim racing with Team Redline to our GT3 Sprint and Endurance program, alongside Thierry Vermeulen, who has raced for Verstappen.com Racing for several years, we are taking the next step forward.”
