The Marquez brothers extend their lead over Bagnaia, with Morbidelli trailing just six points behind Pecco.
Alex Marquez dominates the Argentine circuit in an extraordinary manner, but Marc remains unbeatable. With just five laps to go, Marc overtakes him and pulls away. Morbidelli, securing third place in the long race, narrows the gap to Pecco Bagnaia in the rider standings, taking fourth place.
Zarco delivers a fantastic weekend for Honda and matches the 25 points in the standings of rookie Ai Ogura, who started his top-class adventure in the best possible way.
Update: Ai Ogura Disqualified
The MotoGP rookie has been disqualified from the Argentina Grand Prix due to the use of software not homologated for the championship. As a result, the rider from Trackhouse Racing loses the eight points earned this weekend and drops to eighth place in the overall riders’ standings.
