Here is the STARTING GRID for the Sprint in China: FIA rulings on the Leclerc and Williams cases
Lewis Hamilton, at the age of forty, takes the first position. The Briton, with a sector time that makes you rub your eyes, secures pole position in this morning’s Sprint Qualifying at 8:30 AM, bringing the Ferrari SF-25 to the top for the first time.
FIA Decisions on Leclerc, Stroll, and Williams
Less fortunate was Charles Leclerc, who took 4th place: the Monegasque was at risk of being penalized for “not respecting the delta time” during his out-lap when Bryan Bozzi requested the “swap” with Lewis Hamilton. The same fate befell Lance Stroll. Both were summoned to the Race Direction, but neither received a penalty.
Meanwhile, the verdict for the Williams case is still awaited (HERE the incident and explanation).
