An unpredictable session, with some surprises and many crashes: here are the results of the qualifying session for the Moto3 class of the MotoGP.

The Moto3 riders finally managed to complete a dry session, but the continuous interruptions caused by multiple yellow flags prevented the riders from getting into a proper rhythm. Those who had already made it through Q1 benefited, as they had an extra 15 minutes to test the track conditions.

In the first part of the session, the spectacular Joel Kelso set the fastest time, but Italians Pini, Foggia, and Nepa also advanced to Q2, with the seventeen-year-old securing his first pass to the next stage.

The second part of qualifying, however, was marked by continuous yellow flags: Bertelle was the first to crash on the out-lap, followed by Furusato. A collision with Almansa caused the number 18 rider to crash twice in a lap and a half. But the crashes didn’t stop there, with Rossi, Ogden, and Rueda also adding to the yellow flags.

With 3 minutes remaining, only 10 riders had posted a valid time. In the end, it was David Muñoz who set the fastest time, followed by the incredible Maximo Quiles (2nd), who made a remarkable impression in his first MotoGP appearance.

The first row was completed by Kelso, while the second row included Rueda, Foggia, and Lunetta. Bertelle, on the other hand, could only manage 10th position.
