The Formula 1 community has erupted in outrage after a TikTok user wished for Norris to “replicate Bianchi’s performance at Suzuka.”
On social media, there are always those who seek attention by pushing the limits of what’s acceptable. But this time, the line has been crossed in a way that even those who usually tolerate so-called “black humor”—a type of comedy that makes light of tragic events—cannot ignore.

A TikTok user known as Goatbaan posted a disturbingly inappropriate and unacceptable video, exploiting one of the most painful moments in modern Formula 1 history. The “content,” if it can even be called that, featured images of Jules Bianchi, including the horrific crash at Suzuka in 2014, with a direct reference to Lando Norris. The message? Suggesting that this would be “the performance everyone wants to see from Norris at Suzuka.”
In other words, a clear wish for a severe crash—potentially fatal—for the McLaren driver. The post has already amassed over 250,000 views, with 2,150 comments condemning the user’s actions.
Norris, wished to “imitate Jules Bianchi”: Here’s the post

The macabre and deeply disrespectful reference immediately sparked widespread outrage among motorsport fans. Bianchi tragically lost his life due to complications from the devastating crash in Japan—under wet conditions eerily similar to those expected this year (a detail the post itself even pointed out).
The Formula 1 community, which is increasingly committed to fighting online toxicity and hate, cannot accept such disgraceful behavior. Humor has its place, but not when it comes to a young driver who lost his life at just 25 years old doing what he loved.
