Speaking to Sky Sport Italia on the sidelines of the event, Charles Leclerc made the following statements: “The goal after the podium in Saudi Arabia? Victory. Things definitely went well in Jeddah, we had a strong weekend, and we’re going in the right direction. We’re continuing to push in this interesting direction I’ve found. This time, we also had more time to practice on the simulator.”

The Monegasque Ferrari driver then added: “We believe we have a good base to start strong this sprint weekend. I like this format, and we really hope we can bring home a win. I don’t think the characteristics of the track suit us particularly well, but I hope we’ll surprise ourselves. I’m confident in the direction I’ve taken—it’s allowing me to push the car a lot more, so never say never. I believe in it.”
