As the third round of the season approaches, the all-female series heads to Florida. Here’s the full schedule and programming for the F1 Academy weekend in Miami.
The city of Ocean Drive is gearing up to host the third round of the F1 Academy season. After the race weekend in Saudi Arabia — where Ella Lloyd claimed victory in Race 1 and Maya Weug took the win in Race 2 — all eyes now turn to the Miami street circuit.
On American soil, the battle continues between the Ferrari Driver Academy talent — who leads the standings with 59 points — and Doriane Pin, supported by the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team, trailing just seven points behind. Spotlight also on Chloe Chambers, currently third in the standings with 47 points, who will be racing on home turf alongside fellow Americans Courtney Crone and Lia Block.
Representing the United States as the wild card entry for the Florida weekend will be Ava Dobson, backed by Morgan Stanley — the F1 Academy’s first partner from the financial services sector. Originally from Wisconsin, Dobson began her single-seater career in 2023 in the U.S. Formula 4 Championship and is a recipient of the “Powering Diversity” scholarship from Parella Motorsports Holdings.
F1 Academy Miami Schedule
The F1 Academy race weekend in Miami kicks off this Friday with two free practice sessions. All sessions throughout the weekend will be broadcast live on the official F1 Academy YouTube channel.
