“Mossa se voglio”: Marco Bezzecchi, very active on social media, celebrated like this after the Silverstone Grand Prix.

Marco Bezzecchi’s words

“It was a truly special day, full of emotions that are hard to describe. I came into it after some tough months — when things go wrong in what you care about most in the world, it’s hard. But my family, the Academy, Vale… all my friends were there for me” – said the Romagnolo rider to Sky.

Despite everything, the rider hung in there, finding strength even during the toughest times: “We never stopped believing, never gave up, even when things felt at their worst. I guess it was just time for it to happen, and when you least expect it, things come. Though honestly, without that DNF, I’m not sure I could’ve caught Fabio. I got lucky — but who cares? I had a great race, today was just pure bliss.”

He also gave a special mention to Idalio Gavira, a key figure in his journey: “He always told me the wind is my friend… and today, with all those gusts, I really tried to remember that.”

And finally, the heartfelt dedication: “I dedicate this win to my mom, who’s here with me today.”
