After an action-packed race full of overtakes, Oscar Piastri claims his fifth win of the season and increases his lead over his teammate. Here are the F1 standings after the Barcelona GP.
It was an eventful race in Barcelona: all drivers went for at least three pit stops, while Verstappen even gambled with an extra stop compared to the others. Red Bull ran out of fresh tyres by the end of the race and was forced to fit a hard compound during the safety car restart, which penalized the Dutch driver and pushed him off the podium.

Up front, it was a 1-2 for McLaren, with Oscar Piastri once again proving faster than Lando Norris. It was also a solid race for Leclerc (P3) and Ferrari: thanks to Antonelli’s DNF and Tsunoda’s poor performance, the Maranello team moves up to second place in the Constructors’ Championship.
