The MotoGP Standings After the Aragon Sprint Race: Marc Marquez Wins Again on Home Soil

The Marquez brothers dominate in Aragon and increase their lead over the competition in the riders’ standings: good performance by Bezzecchi, while Bagnaia has a disastrous race and remains at zero points.

Once again, it’s a Marquez 1-2: the MotoGP siblings rule on their home circuit. Very good performance also by Fermin Aldeguer, who takes third place on the podium, once again confirming himself as the best rookie of the season.

Pecco Bagnaia’s rough patch continues: the Turin-born rider, who started from fourth on the grid, “goes backwards” and drops to twelfth place, finishing outside the points.

The VR46 riders do well, with Morbidelli now chasing down #63 in the riders’ standings: only 20 points now separate the two.
