Everything is ready for the debut of the F1 Academy in Canada: here’s everything you need to know about the fourth round of the championship led by Susie Wolff.
After the spring break that took the F1 Academy away from the track, the category directed by Susie Wolff is preparing to make its debut at the Montréal circuit, a track dedicated to the memory of Gilles Villeneuve, ahead of the fourth round of the 2025 season kicking off this very weekend.
In Canada, Maya Weug will arrive at the top of the standings with 64 points; however, very close behind her is Doriane Pin, trailing by just one point. Chloe Chambers is also fully engaged in the battle for the title of third F1 Academy Champion; the Red Bull Ford-supported driver is confirming the early-season predictions, proving to be a formidable opponent and currently holding third place with 55 points.
The weekend in Québec could prove decisive with the last three events remaining. Additionally, no wild cards are planned for the Canadian weekend, but Nicole Havrda, supported by American Express and part of the Hitech Grand Prix lineup, will be racing in front of the home crowd.

F1 Academy Schedule in Canada
The fourth event of the F1 Academy season will officially start this Friday in the heart of Québec, with a time zone four hours behind Italy. The drivers will face only one free practice session — crucial minutes to begin familiarizing themselves with the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, a track reminiscent in style and features to those of Jeddah and Miami, with close barriers and a stop-and-go layout. Particular attention will need to be paid to the “Wall of Champions” at the exit of the final chicane, between turns 12 and 13.
Moreover, a third extra race has been added in Montréal, designed to make up for race 2 canceled in Florida due to rain. All weekend sessions will be broadcast live on F1 Academy’s YouTube channel or Sky Sport F1 (channel 207). Here is the complete schedule:
Friday, June 13
- 5:00 PM – Free Practice
- 12:25 AM – Qualifying
Saturday, June 14
- 3:10 PM – Race 1
- 8:45 PM – Race 2
