Young rider Pau Alsina, just 17 years old, has lost his life following an accident at Aragon.
A new tragedy has struck the world of Spanish motorsport. After the recent loss of Borja Gomez, today comes the heartbreaking news of the death of Pau Alsina, a 17-year-old JuniorGP rider, who passed away following a terrible crash at the Aragon circuit.
During the session, Alsina suffered a violent highside, being thrown from his bike and hitting his head hard on the asphalt. He was immediately assisted on track and rushed to the hospital, where he underwent emergency head surgery. Unfortunately, despite all efforts, nothing could be done to save him.
It’s a tragedy that has shaken the Spanish and international racing community, mourning the loss of a young talent who had his entire career ahead of him.
