Sprint Race Recap

The Start: A masterful launch from Pecco Bagnaia. At Turn 1, the Italian moves up to third before pulling off a brilliant double move: first cutting inside Martin and then executing a spectacular overtake on teammate Bastianini, sticking to the curb in one of the year’s standout maneuvers.

Drama unfolds at Turn 2, where Pedro Acosta and Marc Marquez collide. Acosta, riding the KTM, loses his front fairing and is forced to retire after just one lap. Meanwhile, Bagnaia leads the charge at the front as Martin and Bastianini battle fiercely for second place.

After several intense exchanges, Martin manages to secure second position temporarily, leading a pack of five riders. However, Bastianini stays glued to the championship leader while Bagnaia continues his undisputed dominance.

The race concludes without any major changes in the top three, except for a late swap between #89 and #23. Bagnaia takes the victory, followed by Bastianini and Martin.
