A true nightmare unfolded for Lando Norris yesterday: his Ferrari F40 was crashed by one of his friends
Picture this almost movie-like scenario: you’re on vacation in Finland, enjoying the last moments of the winter break, when you get a phone call. “Hello, Lando? Unfortunately, your Ferrari F40 has crashed into a wall and sustained damage to the rear.”
It sounds surreal, right? But that’s exactly what happened to Lando Norris yesterday. His Ferrari F40 was involved in an accident, exiting a corner on the streets of Monte Carlo.
Since the British driver was in Finland at the time, it’s assumed that a friend was behind the wheel. What is certain is that McLaren’s number 4 driver was not in the historic Maranello car during the crash.

Fortunately, the passengers were unharmed, though the car sustained rear-end damage. A sight that surely didn’t sit well with Lando Norris and left many Ferrari fans shocked.
