The Formula One Group has released the revenue figures for 2024, showing extraordinary numbers for the entire movement, with Ferrari leading among the teams.
Formula 1 continues to grow exponentially worldwide. Just a few days ago, Formula One Group Liberty Media published some statistics for 2024, with total revenue of 3.4 billion dollars and a nearly 10% growth in the number of fans passionately following the world’s premier motorsport competition.

The growing demand from many countries to host a Grand Prix represents just the tip of the iceberg that Formula 1 is continuously expanding. A meticulous effort by Liberty Media, which, through the introduction of new rules and formats, is significantly broadening the stage of Formula 1, making it one of the most attractive sports in the world.
As a result, greater earnings are also coming for the teams, which will collectively receive 1.2 billion dollars, a 4% increase compared to the 2023 revenue. According to Auto Motor und Sport, Ferrari is the team that will take home the largest slice of the pie, with a total of 242 million dollars, indicating that the appeal of the Maranello team remains unchanged despite not winning a championship in many years.
The Scuderia reaches this figure by adding 137 million in seasonal prizes, 28 million for historical bonuses, and 77 million in extra revenue due to its legendary team status. This represents a 34 million increase compared to the 2023 fiscal year. The greatest increase, however, belongs to McLaren, with a 51 million dollar gain compared to 2023 and a total revenue of 168 million dollars. Red Bull comes in third place, while Mercedes takes fourth.
