The MotoGP heads to Argentina for this weekend’s race: Marc Marquez will try to defend his lead in the standings, with Bagnaia ready to make a move.
The MotoGP is set for its second race weekend: once again, the reigning world champion, Jorge Martin, will be absent, and his condition will be reassessed by doctors before the Austin race. Leading the world championship standings are the Marquez brothers, with Marc having made a clean sweep in Thailand.

The eight-time world champion is undoubtedly the favorite for this race, with statistics on the Termas de Río Hondo circuit all in his favor: rider number 93 holds both the record for most victories (3) and the record for pole positions (5) at the Argentine track.

As for the WEATHER, in Argentina we’re at the end of summer. Temperatures will feature strong fluctuations between early afternoon and evening: only during the Practice sessions will it be possible to test the tires under conditions similar to those expected in the Sprint Race and the Sunday race. This could challenge the teams, particularly when it comes to tire choice, as predicting their performance and actual durability will be difficult.
