Fernando Alonso and his agency A14 Management have officially announced the addition of Sebastian Montoya to their growing roster of young talents.
A14 Management, founded by the two-time Formula 1 World Champion, continues to expand its influence in the world of motorsport by signing Sebastian Montoya — son of former F1 driver Juan Pablo Montoya.
Sebastian is considered one of the most promising young drivers on the international scene, with experience in Formula Regional, Formula 3, Formula 2, and the Red Bull Junior Program.
This move marks a key step in Sebastian’s young career, which will now benefit from the guidance and experience of one of modern F1’s most respected figures. Montoya joins a talented lineup that already includes Gabriel Bortoleto, Pepe Martí, and Nikola Tsolov, all managed by Alonso’s agency.
With this latest signing, Alonso confirms his long-term vision: supporting the next generation of motorsport talent on their path to the highest level. A goal already partly achieved with Gabriel Bortoleto, who has made it to Formula 1 and is considered a future title contender — despite a tough start to the season due to an uncompetitive Sauber C45.
