Following rumors of potential market moves<\/a> and behind-the-scenes talks, the Noale-based team reiterated that their agreement<\/a> with the Spanish rider is valid until the end of 2026, and that no contractual changes are being discussed. <\/p>\n\n

\u201cThe contract between Aprilia Racing and Jorge Mart\u00edn is valid and effective, and as such must be respected until its expiration (end of 2026) by both parties. Aprilia Racing has honored the contract in all its terms, timelines, and conditions, and will continue to do so in the future. Aprilia Racing denies the existence of any negotiations between the parties regarding a change in the contract\u2019s duration, which remains as originally agreed. The team does not comment on matters that do not directly concern it, but expects other teams not to make any kind of offer to riders who are already under contract \u2014 such behavior would, after all, be illegitimate. <\/em><\/p>\n\n
