Here are our tips for Fantasy F1 in Miami: who are you picking for your line-up?
After the Japanese Grand Prix, Formula 1 heads to the United States for one of the most glamorous events of the season: the Miami weekend.
The Florida street circuit represents a unique challenge also for GPK Games fantasy managers, especially given both the likely rain on Sunday and the fact that Formula 1 has been absent for over a month.

Where we left off: the Japanese weekend
We arrive at this round with a clearer hierarchy compared to the start of the season, but still one that could be rewritten after the break: Mercedes currently appears to be the leading force in the championship, and the win in Japan confirmed the outstanding form of Kimi Antonelli, now leading the standings and already the youngest ever to do so.
For Fantasy F1, this means one thing: ignoring Mercedes is a risk, but to make the difference you also need to anticipate moves, given the high cost of Brackley’s drivers.
Top drivers: Leclerc shines on street tracks, watch Russell?
In Miami, one of the most interesting names is undoubtedly Leclerc: the Monegasque has already shown he feels comfortable on this track, with two podiums in the first four editions of the Grand Prix.
Ferrari doesn’t start as the absolute favorite against Mercedes, but remains consistently in the fight for top positions. On the other hand, watch George Russell, who was beaten here for the first time by Kimi in Sprint Qualifying and will arrive under pressure given recent results.
Potential outsiders: watch the young drivers
Keep an eye on Arvid Lindblad, who continues to grow race after race: in an unpredictable weekend like Miami, a profile like his can turn into a winning pick, especially for those looking for surprise points.
The same goes for Bearman, Lawson, and Bortoleto: midfield wildcards who could deliver strong performances this weekend.
Which team should I pick? There’s a possible “undervalued” top team
While Mercedes remains the benchmark, the real key for Miami could be another team: McLaren arrives with important upgrades and the goal of reducing the gap to both Ferrari and Mercedes.
It’s not yet the safest choice, but that’s exactly why it could be the most profitable: in a context where many fantasy managers will go for the obvious options, anticipating McLaren’s growth could save around 30 credits, allowing you to include an extra top driver in your line-up.
