Transfer market news continues even during the Mugello weekend: this time, the spotlight is on Enea Bastianini.
After leaving Ducati, it now seems that the time has come for Enea Bastianini to part ways with KTM as well. Last year was one of the most difficult of the Rimini-born rider’s career. The Austrian manufacturer’s performances continue to fall short of expectations, and after Pedro Acosta’s almost certain departure, Bastianini is also on his way out.

Bastianini to Trackhouse
While the rider from Murcia is expected to join Ducati’s factory team, Enea’s future appears to lie with Aprilia alongside the other Italian riders. According to reports from Sky Sport just a few minutes ago, Bastianini and Trackhouse have already reached an agreement and signed a deal. Ai Ogura’s departure also seems almost certain, with the Japanese rider expected to join Yamaha’s factory team. Meanwhile, there is still no news from Trackhouse regarding Raúl Fernández’s future.
The Spanish rider, who won today’s Sprint Race at Mugello, therefore risks losing his place in MotoGP, especially if an opportunity opens up for Luca Marini at Trackhouse, completing an all-Italian rider lineup.
