A huge celebration is underway in the Tuscan hills ahead of tomorrow’s race: here is the MotoGP STARTING GRID for Mugello!
At Mugello, as we know, nobody sleeps. Tonight is all about the celebrations before enjoying what promises to be an incredible MotoGP race on Sunday.

Qualifying Summary
Mugello delivered a qualifying session to remember, with Marco Bezzecchi stealing the spotlight. The Aprilia rider set a 1:43.921, making history as the first rider ever to lap the circuit in under 1:44. The record secured a remarkable pole position in front of his home crowd, during what is already one of the most exciting weekends of the season.
Aprilia even secured a top-three lockout, with Raúl Fernández second and Jorge Martín third. A result that surprised many, but once again confirmed the strength of the Noale-based manufacturer at the start of the season. Marc Márquez qualified fourth on his return from injury and immediately showed impressive pace, having been two tenths up at the second sector before losing time in the final part of the lap. Fermín Aldeguer and Francesco Bagnaia completed the top six, while Fabio Di Giannantonio could only manage seventh, a disappointing result compared to expectations after pre-qualifying.

In Q1, Raúl Fernández and Pedro Acosta secured the two available spots in Q2, while Ai Ogura missed out by only a few thousandths of a second.
Updates and Penalties
22:30 CEST – Luca Marini has been handed a three-place grid penalty, to be served in Sunday’s Grand Prix.
