A surprising and unusual partnership has been announced between Prima Pramac Yamaha and Alpine Cars. Here’s the official statement
“Two worlds, one shared vision: on the eve of an exciting 2025 season, Prima Pramac Yamaha MotoGP is proud to announce a new partnership with Alpine Cars!” This is how Prima Pramac Racing revealed the entry of the French brand into MotoGP, marking a partnership that is certainly unconventional.
This collaboration was something we had hinted at months ago, primarily due to the strong relationships between Paolo Campinoti, Renault CEO Luca De Meo, and Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali.
In fact, back in 2021, there was already a collaboration between the team and the world of four wheels: the team featured the Formula 1 logo on its bikes. A team increasingly “painted in blue,” between Yamaha and Alpine. On January 31, the Italian team will unveil its livery, ahead of a season that will likely struggle to replicate the success of 2024.
