Lando Norris gave an interesting interview to Planet F1 microphones, talking about the upcoming season.
Lando Norris lines up for the 2025 season as one of the top favorites for the title, perhaps even more so than newly crowned world champion Max Verstappen. McLaren is coming off a success in the Constructors’ Championship (their first in 26 years) and now dreams of a repeat, aiming to win the Drivers’ Championship as well.

The young Briton, coming off a second-place finish in the 2024 championship, doesn’t shy away from making predictions for the upcoming season. These are his words during an interview with Planet F1: “2025 will be a new chapter, and Oscar also has the opportunity to fight for the championship. Last year, I earned the right to have some privileges by doing a good job throughout the season.”
Lando then added: “I’m not the type of person who goes around asking for help, and that’s certainly not how I want to win the title. Oscar helped me on a couple of occasions, but in Baku, it was me helping him by giving him space. He helped me win the sprint in Brazil, things didn’t go well on Sunday, but then in Qatar, I returned the favor.
I think this is our strength as a team; I don’t believe other teams work this way. And it’s definitely part of the reason why we’re the reigning champions among the teams.”
